Honey Oat Balls

Sweet and filling snack balls

Ingredients

2½ cups (225g) Uncle Tobys Traditional Cooking Oats

1 cup (200g) pitted prunes

¼ cup (60ml) honey

½ tsp cinnamon

50g butter, melted and cooled

Method

Method

Process 2 cups Uncle Tobys Traditional Cooking Oats, prunes, honey, cinnamon and butter in a food processor until well combined.

Place the remaining Uncle Tobys Traditional Cooking Oats on a plate. Using 1 level tablespoon of prune mixture at a time, roll it into a ball, and then roll in remaining oats to coat.

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
